Best practices for effective messaging

Use personalisation and clear CTAs

  • Include the attendee's first name to make messages feel personal. You can do this by adding {{FNAME}} to the message content.

  • Add clear calls-to-action (CTAs) like “Get Tickets Now” or “Check the Entry Instructions.”

Schedule messages strategically

  • Pre-event: Share ticket links, early-bird deals, and event teasers.

  • During the event: Send real-time updates or promotions (e.g., “VIP entry closing in 10 mins!”).

By using FIXR's Message Centre effectively, you'll enhance your communication strategy, boost engagement, and drive more ticket sales, all while keeping your audience informed and excited.

FAQs

Can I schedule messages in advance?

Absolutely! You can schedule messages for a specific date and time, helping you plan your communication effectively.

Is there a message limit?

While there is no strict limit, it’s best to send messages strategically to avoid spamming attendees, damaging your sender reputation and risking ending up in junk folders. We may restrict usage or set limits if Message Centre is being used improperly.
