Introduction
Ticket Shop is a tool that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly from their own website. By embedding a Ticket Shop, you create a seamless ticket-buying experience, increase conversions, and keep your brand front and centre.
Plus, it eliminates the need for customers to navigate away from your site, boosting trust and reducing drop-off rates.
This guide covers setting up, customising and optimising your FIXR Ticket Shop to maximise ticket sales.

Best practices for maximising sales
Optimise placement
Position the Ticket Shop on high-traffic pages (e.g., homepage, dedicated event page) and/or with a clear CTA in the navigation bar.
If using the pop-up links widget, add a clear CTA like “Get Tickets Now”
Match your branding
Use your brand colours and fonts in the Ticket Shop settings.
Ensure consistent imagery and messaging across your site and Ticket Shop.
Choose the right option
If you have multiple events happening throughout the year, use the Ticket Shop feature to keep your website automatically up-to-date with your latest events.
If you’re running an infrequent or one-off event (like a festival), a pop-up button (Links Widget) may be the better option.
