With the FIXR Rep Platform, you can access local networks of well-connected people who can sell tickets on your behalf. Add your own reps to your FIXR account if you already know people or tap into FIXR's network of reps in your area.
Make sure you have set up your first event and added tickets before you enable reps.
Here's how it works:
1. Decide whether you want your events to be repped privately (only invited users can become reps) or publicly (anyone can find your event and become a rep). Click 'enable reps'.
2. Set up a commission structure for your reps under 'event'. This is how much you're willing to pay reps per ticket sold.
3. Share your link to invite reps. You can share the link privately via WhatsApp, social media direct messages or email. You can share the link publicly on your social media or website. If your event is set to anyone can rep, a 'rep this event' call-to-action button will appear on your FIXR event page.
People you invite to rep your events need to have a FIXR account.
Reps have unique links they can share for each event which tracks ticket sales so they can be attributed to that rep.
4. You as the event organiser can track ticket sales from reps at any time by logging into the FIXR Organiser and checking the dashboard. Reps can also keep track of how many tickets they have sold, by logging into their own account. Reps can only see their own ticket sales, they can not access the view that you have of your rep activity.
5. Once an event has finished, reps can log in to their FIXR account and request a payout of their ticket commission. They will need to have added their bank details to their FIXR account. This payment is automated by FIXR so there is no admin for you as the event organiser to manage.
