I don’t have signal or WiFi at my entrance. Can I still use the app?

Yes. FIXR Entry Manager supports offline scanning.

Just set it to offline mode and you can scan tickets and admit attendees, without the need for internet access.

Please note:

  • All tickets must be fully downloaded while you have internet access – i.e. before entering an area with limited or no connectivity.

  • It is advisable to close ticket sales in advance to prevent any additional purchases being made after you’ve downloaded the tickets to scan.

  • When using offline mode, it’s best to use only one device for scanning. Because devices will not be able to sync in real time when offline, this reduces the risk of duplicate tickets being scanned and provides more accurate figures on how many tickets have been scanned in total.
