The Entry Manager includes several options to speed things up and make the app work best for you.
These include:
Scanning
Quick Scan: This automatically confirms single-ticket scans, removing the extra step of hitting the ‘confirm’ button (which is set by default to reduce accidental scans or scanning errors).
Shake Device: Allows successful admissions to be confirmed by physically shaking the device to keep things moving quickly.
To configure these preferences:
Open the Entry Manager.
Go to Settings → Scanning.
Enable the desired features.
Colour scheme
FIXR Entry Manager works in both light and dark mode. By default, this will match the chosen setting on your device, but you can also change it within the app settings.
Sort & order
You can choose whether to sort bookings via attendees' first name or last name.
