The waitlist activates automatically when your event is live but has no tickets available for purchase yet. There are two ways to set this up:
Create the event first (without tickets), make it live, and add tickets later when you’re ready to launch.
Create tickets in advance, but set their sale start date to your chosen launch day. Make the event live, so potential buyers can preview ticket prices before sales begin.
Both options allow you to harness early interest and prepare your audience for launch.
