Once you have created your event, the next step is creating ticket types. Follow the steps below:

To create tickets, click ‘Add Ticket’.

Tickets on FIXR are either free or paid. Free tickets are completely free, and no booking fee is charged. Paid tickets charge ticket buyers a booking fee.

There are three types of tickets: individual, group and table/booth.

1. Individual Tickets

Individual tickets are tickets that can be purchased individually or more than one ticket at a time. You can create multiple individual ticket types with different prices, for example, early bird and first release. Or you could create tickets with different entry conditions such as entry before 2pm and last entry before 11pm.

2. Group Tickets

Group tickets are multiple tickets sold as a package. Add as many groups as you want and input the number of tickets within each group.

3. Table/Booth Tickets

To set up a table or booth, give the ticket a name and add the number of tickets available. Set one price for each table/booth. If required, you can also set a minimum spend per table.

Booking Fees

With individual, group or table/booth tickets, you have two booking fee options. You can let ticket buyers pay the booking fee (the booking fee is a percentage of the paid ticket price). Alternatively, you can choose to absorb the booking fee, which means that the money comes out of your ticket revenue automatically instead.

Sale Start Time

You must set a start, end and last entry time for tickets. This is important information for ticket buyers to know before they purchase. This information is also needed if you use the FIXR Entry Manager App for on-the-door ticket scanning at your event.

Advanced Settings

Click the arrow next to 'Advanced' and you will see a list of further options related to your event tickets. These include:

  • Additional ticket information

  • Minimum tickets per transaction

  • Maximum tickets per transaction

  • Promo code

  • Ticket visibility
