How do I set up a Ticket Shop?

Setting up a Ticket Shop takes just a few steps:

  1. Create your Ticket Shop

    • Log in to your FIXR Organiser account

    • Go to the Integrations tab

    • Select Website Ticket Shop

    • Click Add Ticket Shop → Create Ticket Shop

  2. Customise the appearance and functionality
    You can tailor Ticket Shop to fit your site:

    • Theme: Match your brand’s colour scheme

    • Layout: Decide how events display on your site

    • Optional features: Add tools such as a date picker, dropdown menus, event sharing, language selector, or customise the CTA button text (default: “Get Tickets”)

    • Filters (optional): Choose which events or ticket categories to display

    • Analytics (optional):

      • Enable the Facebook Pixel plugin to track visitor activity for ad targeting

      • Enable Google Tag Manager to feed data into your analytics and reporting tools

    • Click Save once finished

  3. Add Ticket Shop to your website

    • Open your Ticket Shop in FIXR and copy the embed code

    • Paste the code into your website builder (e.g. Wix, WordPress, Squarespace) using the custom HTML/embed option

    • Save and publish your site

Your Ticket Shop will now be live and ready to sell tickets.
