What types of tickets can I scan?

FIXR tickets are provided in two formats:

  • PDF Tickets: One PDF per product or ticket type

  • Digital Tickets: A unique QR code per ticket

Both formats are compatible with the Entry Manager for scanning purposes.


Third-party tickets

If you have sold additional tickets via another third-party ticketing site, you can upload those into your FIXR Organiser account to scan using the FIXR Entry Manager.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to the event within your FIXR Organiser account

  2. Select the Entry Manager tab and hit ‘Third party tickets

  3. Click 'Upload third-party tickets'

  4. Following the template provided to ensure the CSV includes the correct fields, upload a CSV of your third-party tickets and hit save.
