FIXR tickets are provided in two formats:
PDF Tickets: One PDF per product or ticket type
Digital Tickets: A unique QR code per ticket
Both formats are compatible with the Entry Manager for scanning purposes.
Third-party tickets
If you have sold additional tickets via another third-party ticketing site, you can upload those into your FIXR Organiser account to scan using the FIXR Entry Manager.
To do this:
Navigate to the event within your FIXR Organiser account
Select the Entry Manager tab and hit ‘Third party tickets’
Click 'Upload third-party tickets'
Following the template provided to ensure the CSV includes the correct fields, upload a CSV of your third-party tickets and hit save.
