A form is a container for one or more questions.
For example:
A “Dietary Requirements” form might include multiple related questions
A “VIP Info” form could include additional questions only for certain ticket types
Forms can then be attached to specific tickets or the whole order.
You can build a library of reusable questions that can be added to multiple forms, instead of starting from scratch every time you create a new form.
