Within your event in FIXR Organiser, head to Checkout Forms in the side menu
Click 'Create Form'
1. Details
Give the form a name, e.g. Dietary Requirements, and a short description.
Choose when questions will be asked (pre-checkout or post-checkout) and whether you want to ask them per order or per ticket.
2. Settings
Customise your settings: Can attendees update their responses? Is there a deadline?
3. Add questions to the form
You can either:
Add from library – select from questions that you've previously created. This means you don't need to start from scratch every time.
