What is scheduled ticket delivery?

Scheduled ticket delivery allows you to delay the release of digital tickets until a set time before your event begins.

Instead of receiving their ticket PDF and QR code immediately after purchase, attendees receive their tickets automatically at a time you choose, such as 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days before the event starts.

This can help reduce unofficial resale, ticket sharing, and fraud by limiting how far in advance tickets can be distributed.

Attendees will still receive their booking confirmation immediately after purchase, but their ticket QR code and PDF will remain locked until the scheduled release time.
