Ticket buyers will still receive their normal booking confirmation email immediately after purchase.
However:
Ticket PDFs will not be attached to confirmation emails.
QR codes will not be visible in the FIXR app or website.
Buyers will see a message showing exactly when their ticket will become available.
For example:
QR code unlocks: Fri 14 Aug, 13:15 BST
Once the scheduled release time is reached, attendees will automatically receive access to their tickets.
