How do I scan tickets and admit attendees?

There are two ways to admit a guest:

Tap ‘Scan a Ticket’ in the Entry Manager app and position the camera over the QR code. A valid scan will display a blue screen with a confirmation tick.

If an attendee can’t find/access their ticket for scanning, select ‘Search’ and enter the guest’s first or last name. Select their ticket from the list and confirm admission.
