How can I communicate with my event attendees?

You can keep your audience informed and engaged with FIXR’s built-in messaging tool: Message Centre.

The Service Update feature makes it easy to send essential updates – whether it’s a time change, a reminder, or important entry information.

  1. Head to Message Centre → New Campaign.

  2. Select Service Update.

  3. Choose your event and recipients (all ticket holders or a specific group).

  4. Write your update and either send instantly or schedule for later.

This ensures your attendees stay up-to-date, while you remain in full control of communication.
