Sending messages through Message Centre is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:
Access the Message Centre
Log in to your FIXR Organiser account
Select the Message Centre tab in your dashboard
Create a new campaign
Click New Campaign
Choose your message type:
Announce – let followers know your latest event is live
Promote – drive ticket sales with marketing offers or discounts
Service Update – inform attendees of operational changes (e.g. last entry times, delays)
Select the relevant event
Add your subject line and message content
Choose your recipient group
All followers
Ticket holders for this event
Specific ticket holders (e.g. particular ticket types or time slots)
Schedule or send
Send immediately or schedule for later
For scheduled messages, choose the delivery date and time
