How to Delete a Pass
Go to the Passes dashboard.
Find the pass you want to remove.
Click the three-dot menu
...on the pass card or row.Select Delete.
Confirm the action in the pop-up dialogue to permanently delete the pass.
Things to note:
A pass cannot be deleted if any purchase attempts have been made — even if they were incomplete or abandoned.
In this case, the Delete button will be disabled. Use Archive instead.
If a pass can't be deleted:
Use Archive from the three-dot menu ....
This hides the pass from sale but retains access for existing passholders.
Existing customers will still be able to use their passes until they expire.
Thing to note:
Deleting a pass is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you're certain before confirming deletion.
