When are questions shown to ticket buyers?

You can choose:

  • Pre-checkout – shown during the purchase flow

  • Post-checkout – shown after purchase in the ticket view and the customer's account

Tickets are reserved while pre-checkout questions are completed, so buyers won’t lose their tickets while answering.

You can also decide whether to ask:

  • Per order – asked once per booking

  • Per ticket – asked for each ticket purchased

This is especially useful for guest-specific details (names, dietary requirements, accessibility needs), table bookings where each attendee needs to provide information, or events with personalised experiences.
