To enable others – team members, door staff – to log in and scan tickets, you will need to create access tokens.
Navigate to the event within your FIXR Organiser account
Select the Entry Manager tab and hit ‘Access tokens’
Click 'New access token' and assign a descriptive name (e.g. 'Gate A')
Share the generated token with the relevant individual(s)
They can then open the Entry Manager app, input the token to log in, and begin scanning tickets for that specific event.
Using access codes means you never need to share your FIXR Organiser account login details with door staff – keeping all of your data secure, from event performance and revenue to customer info and more.
