Refunds are quick and straightforward with FIXR.
Head to the event in your FIXR Organiser dashboard.
Go to Sales & Transactions.
Search by name, surname, or email.
Select the order and click Refund.
The payment is automatically reversed, and your customer receives a confirmation email, ensuring everything is handled in one simple step.
Can I process a refund after the event has passed?
Even if the event has finished, refunds can still be managed. Just contact the FIXR support team, and they’ll process it promptly on your behalf.
