My guests can’t find their tickets. What should I do?

FIXR makes it easy to resend tickets:

  1. Open the event in your dashboard.

  2. Go to Sales & Transactions.

  3. Search for the order by name, surname, or email and then select it

  4. Hit Resend to deliver tickets straight to the customer’s inbox.

Alternatively, choose Download to access the tickets yourself and share them directly with the customer.
