Changing the sale status of a Pass

Making the Pass on sale, off sale, sold out etc

What the Sale Status Does

  • On sale – The pass is available to buy, as long as all of the following are true:

    • The pass status is set to Live

    • The pass is visible to customers

    • It is not sold out

    • If sale dates are set, the pass is within the active sale period

  • Not on sale – The pass stays visible (based on your visibility settings) but cannot be purchased.

How to Change the Sale Status

There are several ways to update a pass’s sale status:

Option 1: From the Actions Menu (Card or List View)

  • Click the three-dot menu (...) on the pass card or row.

  • Choose Stop sales to pause purchases.

  • Choose Restart sales to resume purchases.

Option 2: From the Pass Details Panel

  • Click View details from the card or list view.

  • Locate the Sale status dropdown near the bottom.

  • Select On sale or Not on sale.

Option 3: While Editing the Pass

  • Click Edit from the pass menu.

  • Navigate to the Publishing step or tab.

  • Use the Sale status dropdown to switch between On sale and Not on sale.
