Price settings

Set prices, availability and any purchase limits

Price and Currency (Required)

Set the total price of the pass. You can also choose the currency from a dropdown menu, which:

  • Defaults to the main currency of the sales account

  • Can be changed when creating the pass (if your account supports multiple currencies)

Availability (Required)

Control how many passes are available overall:

  • Unlimited: No cap on the number of passes sold

  • Limited: Set a maximum number of passes available (e.g. 500 total)

Ideal for managing capacity or creating urgency through scarcity.

Sale Start and End Dates (Optional)

Schedule when the pass becomes purchasable and when sales stop.

  • Sale start: When the pass goes on sale.

  • Sale end: When it’s removed from sale.

You’ll also select a time zone to ensure correct timing for your audience.

If no dates are set, the pass is available until hidden, archived, or sold out.

Purchase Limit (Optional)

Limit the number of passes each customer can purchase.

  • Leave blank for no per-buyer restriction

  • Enter a number to cap individual purchases (e.g., “2” to limit buyers to 2 passes each)

This is useful for preventing bulk buying or ensuring fair access.
